Premium quality GARDEN ROOM KIT (KLIN DRIED PINE WOOD) sold exclusively by ENZO. It is made of eco-friendly and renewable natural materials. Please note a flat surface is required for the construction of this unit. You can build a 4 x 5 plinth for this or install on suitable load bearing flat surface.

KIT INCLUDES FOLLOWING SYSTEM MATERIALS ONLY:
1) Wall set:
– Bitumen membrane strips to lay on top of the plinth area. These are cut to size and form an insulating layer between the structure and the foundation.
– 36mm planks of pine wood that are engineered to interlock and stack using tongue and groove technology.
– All pieces are clearly marked for easy assembly and easy to follow using the printed directions that are provided.
2) Doors & Window:
-2 wood doors of 1.5 m width and 2.05 m height for exterior door with 4mm glass panes, stainless steel hinges, ss tower bolts, godrej lock and latch are prefixed to the doors.
-1 wood doors of 740 cm width and 1.975 m height for interior partition door with 4mm glass panes, stainless steel hinges, ss tower bolts, godrej lock and latch are prefixed to the doors.
-60 cm wide bathroom window with louvered wood strips.
3) Roof elements:
-three layer structure, the primary layer is wood,
– secondary layer of weather proof silver reflective insulator material and
– exterior layer is of Onduline Sheets either in brown or green shade.
4) Fitting tools & accessories included:
– 2 rubber mallets
– 2 boxes of 1/2 inch roofing nails and 260 onduline screws.
